Flying Silver Airways today and they assigned my 3yo to sit by himself. Airport agent said it's my fault for not checking in sooner.

The thing is I tried to check in online and was told by their customer service agent to be here one hour bf flight time. I was here 90 mins bf flight time and they still won't help. Airlines ask when kids are on flights. Usually they assign seats accordingly.

Not this airline! Talked to the supervisor, "Bob" He did nothing to help and said it was my fault.

Pretty sure Bob is not his real name. There used to be a motto in customer service, "the Customer is always right." Not with Silver Airways.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I just want an apology for how I was treated at the airline counter at RSW. .
