Flight to Tampa has been delayed twice today and with still 2.5 hrs until current departure time, I may never ***. I'm the only person to be in Tampa for daughter's surgery in very early morning. Debating on doing the sure thing route and driving. My return flight was already cancelled and moved to another.

We were suppose to *** 9:25AM on May/26/17 from TPA-FLL. They ended up boarding the 12:00PM passengers before us without any explanation. I asked what's going on and the only answer was: "We Will be boarding shortly". When they finally boarded us, they say, "please if you need to use the lavatory do so before you board since our lavatory is out of service in our plane".

Hands-down the worst customer service, laziest desk people, laziest employees on the entire face of the earth. They let it another passenger pick up my check bag. Now they're not smart have to figure out they could call the passengers on the flight or just reimburse me.
