Silver Airways - Refuse to fly

We got ourselves reticketed on United after they wanted to charge us for child seats. I wasnt happy but would have sucked up the baggage fee (although we should get codeshare benefits in my opinion) but not for a car seat. This airline policy is not damily friendly at all.
