11/22/2017 departure to tampa was supposed to take off at 7:a.m. Nobody was there to give us boarding passes or to take our luggage.
Nobody was there to give us any information and took a long time for any kind of assistance. Finally we took off at about 8:30 a.m. I think that we should be compensated for the $25.00 we paid for our luggage and free tickets would be a kind offer. Flight UA 3050 This was such a bad experience that I think in the future I would think twice about using Silver Airways even though it might cost more.
